Student Well-Being
When the ground shifts.
You came to college for an education. What you're carrying now is something else. IZO USA is here.
A student arrives at college expecting one thing — classes, friends, the freedoms of becoming an adult — and finds themselves carrying another.
A slur in the hallway. A flyer ripped down. A dorm-mate who stops returning hellos. A group chat gone strange.
None of it is what you signed up for. None of it is yours to carry alone.
How we respond
Three things, in order.
01
We listen first
Before we do anything, we listen. What happened. What it's costing you. What you need. No template responses. No paperwork before you're ready.
02
We assess and respond
If there's a Title VI issue, we connect you with legal counsel. If safety is in question, we coordinate with campus security. If it's lonelier than dangerous, we just stay with you while you figure out what's next.
03
We stay with you
Our work doesn't end when the immediate moment passes. We check in. We follow up. We're here through finals, through summer, through graduation. As long as you want us to be.
What happens after you reach out
You're not on hold.
We respond within 24 hours, usually sooner. Your first contact is with a real person — Michelle Greenspan or a member of her team — not an automated system.
What you share stays with us. We don't contact your school, your family, or anyone else without your explicit consent.
There's no obligation to continue. Reaching out doesn't commit you to anything. If you change your mind, just tell us. We hear you.

Every gift reaches the mission.
Donor support is what makes this kind of confidential, no-cost help possible. If you're able to give, you make the next request possible.
