Soft launch — launching publicly May 31

For parents

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Watching your child grow is one of life's greatest joys. When something on their campus turns hard, IZO USA is here — for your child, and for you.

There is a particular kind of fear that arrives when your child calls home and something is wrong. The miles between you have never felt longer. The instincts that protected them for eighteen years feel suddenly unreachable.

Antisemitism on campus didn't arrive in their childhood. Most parents never trained for it. Most never expected to. And yet here we are — and our children are the ones in the room when it walks in.

IZO USA works directly with your student, with the discretion their situation needs. We work with you too — keeping you informed, helping you support them without overstepping, and standing between your family and an institution that may not be ready to act.

How we respond

Three things, in order.

  1. 01

We listen to both of you

Your perspective matters. So does your student's. We talk to each of you separately at first, so neither of you feels filtered. Then we work the situation together.

  2. 02

    We respect their agency

Your student is an adult. We won't tell them what to do, and we won't tell you everything they share — but we will tell them when something needs to go to you. Clear lines, kept clearly.

  3. 03

We stay until you're both ready

Our work doesn't end after one call. We check in. We follow up. We're here through finals, through summer break, through graduation. As long as your family wants us in the picture, we're in the picture.
